AQUEOUS SYSTEMS

The industrial aqueous based systems offered by Forenta operate with a combination of water and special emulsifying detergents which, by following the most suitable cycles, make it possible to achieve unparalleled washing results, often even superior to those achievable with chemical solvents. The systems can be split into three basic types - Single-chamber/Mono Stage Cabinet of the range M100, where the entire component basket washing and drying cycle is performed inside the treatment chamber, with Continuous Spraying Equipment, series CT where the pieces are handled through the system on a metal-band conveyor belt or using an overhead conveyor, and finally with a Multi-Stage Immersion cleaning equipment, series ARP consisting of a series of tanks, each intended to perform a specific treatment on the immersed component part.

The Forenta Technical and R&D Departments, once completed the evaluation of the specific cleaning need of the client, will propose the customized offer for the most appropriate equipment capable to ensure the desired result.

The Mono-stage and Single-chamber systems, series M100, are suitable for cleaning metal component parts of various shapes and of small and medium size. These systems, normally installed on production lines or in repair workshops, are able to achieve particularly good results in eliminating emulsified oils, pastes and machining shavings. The single washing chamber system is able to carry out, at the same time, chemical washing, using degreasing alkaline detergents in water solution, heat washing, by heating the solutions (up to 70°C, with optional one, two or more degreasing agent and additive tanks) and finally, most important, mechanical cleaning, produced both by the strong hydrodynamics of the targeted sprays (the system features bars with adjustable nozzles for spraying the solution under high pressure), and by basket movement (optional rotary and swinging movements, depending on model).

The Continuous Spraying Equipment, series CT, are manufactured and customized according to the type of component part to be treated and to their shape and quantity. The choice of the work feed system (metal-slat conveyor belt or overhead conveyor) depends on the various cleaning stages to be undergone by the component parts. The extremely versatile systems are mainly used in large industrial processes, such as the automotive industry, for washing, degreasing, phosphate removal and decontaminating both cast-iron and aluminum plate-metal parts and molded plastic parts.

Optional intermediate washing stages are available together with end rinsing, as well as phosphate-degreasing sections which prepare for the subsequent painting and other treatments that precede welding. To solve all problems, including in the case of difficult component parts, the systems can be equipped with bars with targeted high-pressure jets able to reach even the deepest cavities and blind holes. Our systems, which are made of stainless steel, feature between one and five independent heated tanks, depending on treatment requirements.


 

bulletMulti-Stage Immersion cleaning equipment series ARP, represent the ideal solution for degreasing, pickling, phosphate removal, burnishing and chroming in water solution, with or without the aid of ultrasonic for component parts placed in a moving basket. They can be made to measure, depending on the customer's specific requirements and feature a number of baskets adequate for the treatment to be performed (containing the active products in hot or cold water solution). The basket is immersed in sequence according to the times and procedures established beforehand by the control PLC. Customized programs are available and programs can be manually changed during treatment.
