Surface Treatment Systems

CLOSED LOOP SOLVENT/VAPOR DEGREASING EQUIPMENT

THE ADVANTAGES:

bulletNegligible emissions into the environment (far below the limits of VOC Directive 13/99).

bulletOver 90% solvent savings compared with superseded open-tank systems.

bulletExceptional cleaning and drying results (possible application in medical, aerospace, electronic and precision industries).

bulletTotal removal of all types of pollutants (oils, greases, shavings, swarf, waxes, foundry sands, etc.).

bulletCleaning with clean and distilled solvent at every cycle (constantly high washing standards).

bulletDrying phase in clean and hermetically sealed environment.
